Description: The Bindu offers a great variety of Yoga styles for all levels. Founded by Kelley Gardener, she began the practice of Yoga in 1989. After becoming certified in Kripalu Yoga (1994), she founded Lake Norman Yoga, Inc. Kelley began to study and practice Anusara Yoga® in 1998 and became a certified Anusara teacher in January 2005. Weaving life-affirming Tantric philosophy with clear understanding of body mechanics, Kelley’s classes are fun, challenging, and spiritually relevant. Kelley’s enthusiasm and knowledge inspire her students to grow in their practice both on and off the mat.
